What documents do I need to rent a vehicle?
You'll need a valid driver's license from your home country or an international driving permit, a passport for identification, and a major credit card for the security deposit. Is fuel included in the rental price?
Fuel is not included in the base rental price, but each vehicle is delivered with a full tank. You may return it with the same level or choose our refueling service at prevailing market rates plus a modest handling fee. Most travelers find it more convenient to refuel themselves before returning.
Can I modify my booking after it's confirmed?
Yes, we accommodate changes whenever possible. If you need to adjust your rental dates, upgrade your vehicle, or modify pickup locations, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled start time. Some changes may involve additional charges or refunds depending on availability.
What insurance coverage is provided?
All rentals include comprehensive collision damage waiver and third-party liability coverage as required by Taiwan regulations. Do you offer delivery outside of Taipei?
We can arrange delivery to most locations in northern Taiwan including Taoyuan Airport, Hsinchu, and certain areas along the northeast coast.
